Management

The overall responsibility of the company will rest on the Board of the Directors. Presently, the Board formation is:

1. Mr. Anowar Hossain, Chairman
2. Ms. Farida Yasmin, Managing Director
3. Ms. Sharmin Khan, Director
4. Mr. Ashfaq Rahman, Director

On the behalf of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the company will maintain the overall responsibilities of the company. The Chairman will have the discretion of formulating policies, setting targets and guidelines and monitoring the performance of the company and to chalk out strategies for the future. The Managing Director will manage the day-to-day affairs of the company and maintain liaison with financial institutions and external organization.

In future, for better performance of the company in relation to the Technical and Financial matters, the Board of Directors will constitute an Advisory Committee with 7 to 11 members having vast knowledge and skills in the above fields. The role of the Advisory Council shall be to advice the Board of Directors on the above matters when needed.
